CoD: Advance Warfare freezing

I am beyond frustrated with this BS. Just blanket statements from Xbox and Activision saying we know there's a problem just hang in there and we will fix it. I could understand that if after a week its fixed and I'm back to enjoying the service that I pay
for but no still paying for something that is broken. I'm sure its not ok if I don't pay my next three month subscription and say that I'm experiencing technical issue and to just hang in there Xbox will shut my live account off in a heart beat. Its not like
there in a rush with a 1.7 billion dollar profit margin and there baby Xbox one to look after this has probly been pushed down to some low level interns to figure out as they go about there day as business as usual. If this keeps up for much longer PlayStation
here I come.

 

yeah ive noticed that ever since the m1 irons weapons were installed that my system has started to freeze at any point in the game , its starting to *** me off totally as it always seems to freeze as im creating a class or just as im having a good game (which
to be honest aint that often )and I end up having to reset the whole thing and you never get back on the game you were part of , haven't bothered to contact xbox or activision as im sick of their *** poor dumb excuses, and having to troubleshoot all the time
, theres nothing wrong with my xbox , its their game , all my others play perfectly and don't freeze. what are they playing at , its been 2 wks surely it should be fixed now . but no

 

But not to fear I'm sure it will be fixed before June 6th because there is a new DLC map pack that comes out then. Here's a thought how about fixing the game that your customers have already purchased before you put out more money making content.

I was going to buy a one but don't know now with all this *** going on

 

If the promised update does not fix this freezing problem I for one will be demanding a full refund as this game is not fit for purpose.

As for your reply that the servers may be busy,,lol what are you on.. this only started after the last update. No other games are effected.

 

is anyone else having trouble with the 3rd map pack? it doesn't work again you would think this would have been sorted out before they released it!

 

Now today, June 2, 2015 they release a new update. What??? The game still freezes. XBOX should be doing something about this in forcing the hand of Sledgehammer to fix their issues. Since I bought the XBOX to play COD, it's time to shut off XBOX Live since
I no longer am enjoying the service of XBOX.

 

So now that you put out the new DLC and are getting more money from people how about you fix the game!!!! This is beyond ridiculous I mean you put out a new map pack for purchase before you fixed the game. I have froze 7 times tonight alone and have only
been on for 2 hours. But what does it matter your making your money the only people reading this are probably angry gamers anyway

 

Reading all this makes me pretty angry, so many negative posts and NO response from XBOX other than "oh yup we are fixing it", may as well just say "no because i said so" and stop listening to any customer! how about you show your customers that you give
a rats a**?? maybe dont charge full price for something for existing customers?? free DLC until you fix your stuff ups? even JUST updates to us to know what progress your making?

Ive played XBOX for years and been hassled by PS gamers for how cr@p XBOX is, PS4 is definately looking a WHOLE lot better now!

 

yeah ive had the freezing problem since the m1 irons load out was updated and loaded , thought it would be sorted before the new map packs came out on the 2nd of june and for a while it looked like it had but lo and behold not a f***in chance played it today
6/6/15 and froze three times . jeez what are the big guys playing at , this game is no longer fit for purpose , they've had my money and many others , but cant fix a *** thing with out poor poxy excuses , fix it or give us our monies back . we as customers
deserve better

 

This is making me road rage right in my living room. Every-single-day, freezing and crashing. Every day I come back praying for an update...and nothing. Fix this crap already.

 

Since beginning of May nothing but freezes. 6/2 didn't fix anything. 6/9 fix scrubbed due to continuing issues with freezing.

 

It's unlikely to be the servers' fault as I can't even play the single-player campaign!

I'm inclined to believe it is the update...
