CoD 4 Modern Warfare multiplayer rank gets reset every time I start the game

Hello people,

clearly I have trouble with my Call of Duty 4 multiplayer account.

It started after I re-downloaded my profile to my 360 console. My rank was reset to 1 (former somewhat around 40).

When I reached level 5 (I should be able to create own classes from hereon) the class creator seemed broken, too.

All weapons and equipment were locked (even those which were supposed to be free), so it became impossible to create new classes.

I looked it up an found a post around here, that said one just had to play up to rank 55, unlock prestige mode and the problem would be solve.

So I played a while, then turned of the game to do something else, but when I restarted the game my rank was reset, again.

DVD is fine, deleting the file from my hard-drive didn't do anything (quite literally)

I'm crushed ...please help me, if you can

P.s.: Whom could I possibly call who might fix my problem (or tell me that I'm ***)?

I am being kicked out of games with a message saying connection interrupted On Call of Duty Modern Warfare Black Ops

How often is this happening to you? Every time I play the game. Every match I try to play

When did it start happening? It started a while ago, and I stopped playing. I tried to start playing again this week and it started again

Do you have problems with multiplayer in any other games you play? I tried playing Left 4 Dead last night and it did not seem to be working very well. I played Pure and multiplayer seemed to be working for that. The last time I played COD Modern Warfare
2 it was happening as well.

This sounds like something specific to the online portion of the game.

As well as having the post here (someone here may know more about this than I do), you may want to reach out to Activision and/or Infinity Ward and see if they have any suggestions or advice for you.
