OOk I got all this but what does it mean, I'm not understanding this at all, the only thing I can think off is because I had the word f off on my bio, but that it.

That means that at some point you had something on your profile that violated the code of conduct. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if it lists why.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions. Reviews
can take a while all depends on what they need to investigate.



If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
