Preciso de reebolso pois lançou no meu cartao 2 meses de live, sendo que minha renovaçao automatica e de 1 mes de live apenas.. Algum ser caridoso pode me ajudar?

Eu cancelei a assinatura do game pass do xbox one e depois me arrenpendi. Fui reativar a assinatura e por engano, reativei duas vezes a mesma assinatura. Constam as duas na minha conta (29,00 duas vezes). Como eu consigo cancelar uma delas?

[Edit - Translation] - I canceled the game pass signing of xbox one and then I quit.
I reactivated the subscription and mistakenly re-signed the subscription twice.
Both are on my account (29.00 twice). How can I cancel one of them?

Uma pena ouvir isso, é bom sempre checar se ainda está na garantia antes de comprar outro.

Já tive problema duas vezes, mas estava na garantia e foi resolvido.
