Pago mensualmente el servicio GamePass, y este, cada vez que se realiza se efectúa doble ¿por qué es que sucede? y ¿cómo lo soluciono? gracias de antemano.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select no thanks

Step 3-----select games

Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Thank you for coming to the forums today, I'd be happy to help.

First I suggest pulling up your order history and review it as the charges could be for Xbox Live and for Game Pass which are two different subscriptions. That is the most common reason for seeing two charges on the same day.

If you notice that the two charges are for the same service and you only wanted one, then you can try contacting customer support for your region and ask about the refund process for your region.

Try this support channel first
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us, but if that doesn't work take a look at this thread for international support numbers and give customer support for your region a call.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently informing us about a duplicate charge on your account for a title you purchased.

The refund procedure has been streamlined to become more of a self-service option. In this instance, you would have to

request for a refundon your end.

This will allow you to reach out to the dept. that takes care of processing refund, which you will be able to continue providing feedback by replying to any emails they send you.
