    Queria pagar os pagamentos atrasados, porém o uso do cartão não funciona aparecendo a seguinte mensagem: "Não está funcionando, tente uma outra forma de pagamento. "; Fale com seu banco.

    Já foi falado com o banco do Cartão e diz que está tudo normal, mas continua dando esse problema na hora de colocar o cartão como meio de pagamento.

    Queria resolver isso.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with a charge. We recommend requesting a call from support. They will be able to assist you as they can look over the charge with you. We here on the forums are unable to do so.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and turn off the reoccurring payments for your subscriptions.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
