Estao cobrando dois valores de 29 reais deste mes de julho tirei o extrato do meu cartao e tem cobrança para o proximo mes de de agosto sendo que a fiz assinatura de 1 real cancelei a cobrança recorrente quero o estorno pra cobrar da gente e facil pra resolver
ficam mandando ligar pra algum numero de voçes e simples e so fazer o estorno senao vou ver no procon

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on a charge. The only ones that can assist you is requesting a call from support. Keep in mind they are experiencing heavy call volume so it may take a while to get a call.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We understand you were charged twice for a subscription. We recommend to request a call from support and go over it with them. As they will be able to look into your account. We do not have the tools here
for that.
