Cobrança Indevida no cartão -[Translation - Improper Card Charge]

Olá boa tarde venho por meio deste tópico na esperar de receber ajuda ou algum tipo de contato ou resposta da microsoft pois tente através de chats online mais não consegui realizar o contato.

No dia 04/01/2019 realizei a aquisição do produto Xbox Game Pass Ultimate onde o total da compra foi de R$ 1,00 durante 1 mês
e ao adquirir esse pacote ganharia mais 2 meses grátis totalizando 3 meses, com isso realizei todo o processo de compra do produto através do cartão de crédito, porém quando verifiquei o meu cartão havia 2 cobranças nele uma no valor de R$ 1,00 (que seria
o valor referente a compra do produto) e outra no valor de R$ 4,00 em nome da Microsoft que não sei referente ao que seria. Gostaria de um posicionamento da microsoft referente ao ocorrido pois não quero pagar por uma coisa que não consumi. Desde já aguardo

In regards to requesting a refund you will need to do so online. Click here to learn

to complete the refund request form.

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.

If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.
