Senhores eu efetuei a assinatura do xbox game pass na promoção três meses por 1,00 e de repente veio essa cobrança no cartão de crédito e depois mais 4,00 que eu não sei de onde é, estou tentando contato com o suporte porém sem resposta até agora, vou no
procom, é um valor baixo mais se eu deixar quieto vai virar bagunça. Já aconteceram com vocês? Como resolver?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you wish to be refunded for multiple charges on your card.

If you wish to be reimbursed for the funds that were billed to the account which you no longer use, I implore you to

request a refund via the Refund request form. You merely need to make sure that you sign into the account that you were billed to, before you make the request.

Additionally, if you are experiencing difficulties with performing this, I would encourage that you

Contact Xbox Customer Support for further assistance on this.

This can be done by following these steps:

Log into Xbox.com
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Support.
Scroll down and select Contact us.
Select Billing & accounts.
Select See other options.
Select Cancel my subscription.
Select Show contact options.
Select Request a call from support.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing inconsistencies with charges on your account.

If you haven't already, I would first recommend that you review your
Order history on your account so that you can find out exactly what these charges are for.

If you do manage to find these charges, and they were not something that you had intended on purchasing, you can

Request a refund for the items that you wish to be reimbursed on.

volunteer moderators and ambassadors do not have the ability to manage the billing section of a Microsoft account. The best way to contact them is through
the Xbox support website. You can choose to request a call back or live chat with an agent, and an agent with be with you as soon as possible. You may need to adjust your selections

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your Game Pass subscription. The reference promotion can only be obtained once per account, this means after the first month the subscription will be charged at full price.
