    Hey so with this new update and added clubs feature I cannot join or create a club. I keep getting an error message saying my account will not allow it, but I went onto xbox.com and checked and it is set to allow for joining and creating clubs so I have
    no idea how to fix this. I really wish Microsoft would just let me fix the birthday on my account or let me promote my account to a full adult account, I am 25 years old and I still haven't had the option to promote my account to an adult account. I guess
    I made a mistake when I originally made the account and put in the wrong birthday.... like 8 years ago. So far Microsoft has been useless for both the messed up club settings and the seeming "child" account I have been stuck with for years now.

    Unable to join a Club.

    Recently I've gotton Forza Horizon 4 on PC. In the game it has a thing with joining Clubs. I was invited to a club, a small one, not maxed out. When I tried to joined it via the Xbox app on PC it says, "You can't do this because of how your account is
    setup". So I went into the privacy & settings section in my account. The able to join clubs feature was already set to allow. However I still get that message saying I can't join Clubs. It won't even allow me to make my own Club. Is there a way to fix this

    Can't join a club! (FH4)

    For some reason I can't seem to join a club on Xbox live.

    Whenever I try to join a club it gives me the error: "You can't do this because of how your account is setup. Go to your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com to change this."

    So as said in the error I checked xbox.com and saw that my settings for:

    You can make clubs and become a member of clubs.

    Determine whether you want to allow or block the creation and membership of clubs.

    This setting is set to ALLOWED and not blocked!

    I tried to log out and back in and I tried to create a club myself. All of this didn't work.

    I been using clubs on PC and Xbox for a while, and they work, users than can't create or get clubs invitation it's because have some settings not properly set, such as the privacy settings or accounts not verified that are needed to use the club feature

    The time I saw this was with a child account and it took awhile to figure out on how to connect. What we end up noticing was that the feature to allow access and invites to Clubs was not allowed and it looks at things like Realms as a Club. You might look
    for those settings and see about adjusting.

    Hey chris -

    Have you double checked that your Xbox One privacy settings allow you to join Clubs? Open up Settings, navigate over to "Privacy and Online Settings" (in the Account tab), and under Xbox Live privacy, check that you don't have "Blocked" for "Can join Clubs."

    Can't accept invite to club

    It still wont let me accept the invite. I have the create/join clubs option selected as allow when I go to my xbox account settings, but when I go to my xbox clubs page and click accept it says that I need to change my privacy settings.
