Soy propietaria de un Club en Xbox. Este club ha estado durante dos años sin problemas y con una comunidad sana y tranquila.

Realicé la expulsión de un grupo de personas por uso de trampas y comportamiento inadecuado y este grupo, por lo visto, han denunciado mi club.

Sin pruebas ninguna y sin motivo he sido vetada de la modificación de mi club durante 24 horas.

Mi pregunta es:

¿Qué seguridad hay para las denuncias falsas? ¿Cómo puede ser que por acumular x cantidad de denuncias se me suspenda sin más?

Vuelvo a repetir que durante dos años no he tenido ni un solo problema, y desde la expulsión de este grupo me veo con denuncias acumuladas sin sentido y sin soporte alguno, ni xbox por chat, ni en las redes sociales ni por teléfono.

No hay ninguna ayuda contra denuncias falsas, al menos en los clubes.

Si esto llega a más ¿qué podrán conseguir? ¿La eliminación del club, sin más?
