Club screenshots not working

Since the latest system update club screenshots show as the game title screen instead of the screenshot. Many people are experiencing this but I have found very little info about this issue. It is my understanding that it will take an additional update to
fix this. Unacceptable!

Can’t post screenshots in my feed ,

when I try to post a screenshot to my feed on my club Camp Voorhees the 13th , it does not post nothing shows up even when I try to refresh or restart Xbox. Tried numerous times to post screenshots from Xbox app on my phone and or on my Xbox directly.
The screenshots do not show up in the club feed. ????!

Screenshots not working

Same for me I've called tech support three times one of the times they hung up on me, the other time the had me do factory reset to no effect, the third time they had me clear my mac address to no effect. From what I gather the latest system update is at
fault and this issue will not be resolved until another update. This is what happens when people don't test their products before releasing to the public.

Yes, It's also in your profile, all screenshots have placeholder images of the game it's about.

Vid's still work, as normaal.

I was just wondering, because gamers in my club with more then 3000 members are having the same problems.

The apps do display the screenshots correctly, so it's seems a Xbox OS problem.

There are sooooo many Screenshot Clubs on Xbox. There are actually a lot of people out there, that it's all they do is take and post screenshots. Good luck with your club.

Thank you for your reply; your information is very helpful. Although it's not what I wanted to hear, at least I can stop searching for an answer. I don't have a working knowledge on the tech side of club creation but it seems a simple thing to me. Hopefully. XBOX will make the ability to change the classification available soon.
