how do i contact the enforcement team? i need them to change the owner of the club that i am in

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Racial Profiling by xbox Enforcement

I was banned wrongfully by the xbox enforcement team. I joined a club as a joke, which happened to be called "The White Club". I was banned on 6/7/17 and im banned till 6/22/17 from xbox live. I didn't think I would be banned because I've seen multiple
other clubs e.g. "Mexican Militia" "only mexicans can join" or "Asian Youtubers" " you must be asian to join this club", but none of these clubs have been banned for abuse, harrassment, or threats like I have. I believe I am a victim of Racial Profiling by
the xbox enforcement team, I have pictures if these clubs i can post if needed

In order to transfer ownership of an Xbox Live Club, you'll have to work with the current owner. If they are temporarily experiencing and Xbox Live Enforcement action, you may have to wait until the action has ended. There is currently no way to manually
change ownership of a Club at this time.

Bannings from the club are given because rules for that club were broken. Your warning is the club rules and they do not have to give a 24 hour ban. Typically you're not banned from the club unless you've already been given several warnings from a club
moderator.

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately it is not Microsoft that ban others that join a club. It is most likely the person who created the club. There is no way for us to unblock the account from that particularly group. It is best to try and contact that
person/club or to create your own club instead.

For communications try removing the account from the console, do a hard reset, and re-add the account to the console.

As for Pro Clubs that might be a game specific ban. You might need to check with EA on that one.

thanks for the quick reply I tried that to no avail I still can't send messages or play clubs. Il try get in contact with ea over clubs. Could it be that I'm permanently banned from messaging? It didn't say anything about a permanent ban but because there
is no active suspension I find it strange

Just to add to Smwutches' reply above, a ban from an Xbox Club is different to a ban from Xbox Live itself. When using a club, be sure to read and understand the rules of that club before participating so you know what to expect.
