Club name change difficulty

I was transferred ownership of my club and wish to change the name. When I attempted to change the name using customize I'm given a message that I need to buy an Xbox club name change from xbox.com. is this an actual option?

You can only change the name of your club once.

The only way would be to make a new club and delete the old one after you have shared pics etc to the new one.
