    Cloud vs. Console HD issue


    How do I get a game save from a console that is not mine back to my cloud? I downloaded my game save to my cloud to play on another console. The game did not work once I got to the other console but somehow it deleted my game save from the cloud and put
    it on the hard drive of another console. Can I get it back to my cloud?

    I really have no idea how to use the cloud, but i think you need gold to be able to use it.

    Any problems you are having could be related to you being silver.

    On the one. Everone have access to the cloud. Someone must selected deleted everywhere. That if XBOX in question is a one. For whole XBOX ONE game data mangament go to the XBOX ONE support webpage under games.

    Thanks! I signed up for the Gold Trial membership today just to see if I liked the cloud idea. Great concept and I am sure it works but now I just have to get the game back. Just found out that on the other console, the game saved to a memory stick. I
    plan to bring that home and plug it in to see if that will get my game back on the hard drive. Thanks for taking the time to answer!
