Cloud to console sync

So I recently purchased Xbox game pass and immediately got to playing my console games without syncing to my console first and Tonight I connected the cloud to my console and while on horizon 4 I clicked my file that I used on the console and now I can't find all the progress I made on the cloud is there any way to recover it?

As you browse the page, please read the "Important Note" section of the page before performing the instructed steps. If it was deleted on the console or PC as well as in the cloud there is no recovery method. If it is in the cloud then it should sync back down. You can prompt a sync by removing your account and adding it back to the console.

when you go to your mom console, select not sync cloud to continue your progress

What probably happened was your console in Manchester has not synced to the cloud. So there is nothing you can do until you go back to Manchester and continue on that console. Hopefully the console will then sync upto the cloud, and you will be able to
continue on the console in London.

The OP isn't trying to sync to the cloud as they have already done that. their question is whether the Cloud Save can become corrupted and so corrupts the console when the save syncs to it
