cloud synchronization issues

I did software reset on mu x1 two days ago and then installed again 3 games: forza h2, forza 5 and halo collection. after reinstall forza horizon h2 works perfect and game has been synchronized with cloud. in the case of forza 5 and halo collection synchronization
didn't complete, progress bar holds on 20-40% and error 80004005 is displayed. Connections test do not show any problems , errors etc, seems it ok.

Any thoughts how can i fix it ??

synchronization issues

Ive got jigsaw app on 2 separate devices, my surface pro 4 and an all in one pc. For several months now I can't get my devices to synchronize. My other apps ie solitaire mahjong synchronize without any problems, this is just happening with the jigsaw app.
I also have issues with the monthly challenges with the app crashing. This is getting me down. Why is this happening?

Try doing a hard reset, then try again.

Did you enter the error code exactly as it appears because entering it on
http://support.xbox.com/en-us/error-code-lookup gives me Xbox360 troubleshooting info

Hi, finaly i tried another day and now everythink works good. Synhronization is completed.

I general i reset my router, xbox , pc and did that next day. Thanks for suggention

Yes, of course, the data would be synchronized in the cloud if you do it before changing the MAC (if you are not doing a synchronization)

Xbox Cloud is free. You don’t need a subscription to save or sync your game’s progress to the cloud.

If you’re playing your games online all the time, your progressions are synchronized automatically to the cloud. It’s okay to delete your local saves because it will be synchronized from the cloud again.
