    Cloud Sync Issue


    About a week ago, I was playing WWE 2k20 on my XBOX One X and all was good. I closed out the game to watch some Netflix and about a hour later, I decided to play more WWE 2k20. When I launched the game again, it brought up a syncing error ... I clicked
    on the cloud save, but it couldn't connect, so I foolishly clicked on the xbox hd save and it loaded fine, but my 55 created wrestlers were gone. I have played the game since then trying to re-unlock anything. I noticed however that my uploads before I "lost"
    everything were still listed on the Community Creations download section. Sadly, I only had a small fraction on Community Creations.

    Cutting to the point - Is there anyway that I can retrieve ALL of my older saves / creations from WWE 2k20 cloud save?

    I tried the hard reset and it didn't restore my original saves / characters.

    Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!!

    Is there anyway to access older Cloud data? Or is it continuously updated every time that you log in on-line with Gold to where there is no "old data"?

    Try doing a hard reset on your xbox
    I tried that, but no luck. I tried resetting my console ... it syncs to 100%, but then says that there was a network error and to try again later.
