    Is your machine a desktop (Tower PC) or a laptop? If you've got a laptop you'll be out of luck with a graphics card upgrade. Can you advise the rest of your PC spec please?

    Hi,

    Is this a laptop or a desktop/tower PC? Are you using built in Bluetooth or via a USB dongle?

    If it's a dongle, plug it into the front of the PC as this will provide a much better signal.

    Same here.

    Since a few days, Xbox App stream just show a black screen, whether I want to stream from cloud, my XSX, or XO.

    Old "Companion" app still streams perfectly for XO. Cloud works perfectly from browsers on the PC. It's clearly the Xbox App that's at fault here.
    Did you find a way to solve this?

    I have the same problem in my laptop!! My xbox app don't work for xcloud or stream from my xbox series.

    Hi,

    I take it with your referrals to Nox Player and BlueStacks, you are trying to use Xbox cloud streaming on your PC/Laptop, correct?

    To anyone else reading this, Nox Player and BlueStacks are Android emulators. Android emulation is the only way to play Xbox Cloud games on a PC at the moment until Microsoft launches an official PC client.

    I have no personal experience with Nox Player, but I have used Bluestacks and I have successfully connected to the the Xbox Cloud gaming service with BlueStacks.

    Can you tell us what the make and model of your PC is please?
