    Hello, I have not been able to sync data for my Halo MCC for about the past 4 months, it always loads to about 40% then gives me an error message and I have to "Use Offline" or "Stop Syncing" to continue playing however all of my controller settings, armor,
    emblems, UNSC tag, and loadouts for Halo 4 are reset EVERY time I load up the game. I contacted microsoft support and after basically reinstalling everything and redownloading my xbox live account. Nothing has fixed this problem. Xbox Live Support told me
    there was nothing else I could do besides go to these forums, I guess this is how I submit a Case for Review? I am not sure. I have tried my account on multiple xboxs, nothing ever works. I would like to note that my original Xbox One broke, so I was sent
    a replacement under warranty which has a different serial number so using my "other console" to finish uploading a save is not an option. Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

    Updates Not Working No Matter What I Do

    Error code, 8007 045D, is indeed pointing to an issue with a corrupted storage device.

    Before sending your console in for repair, maybe you might consider to format the internal flash memory, as long as this unit doesn't show as "unformatted".

    If you consider this as an option, don't forget to move contents you wish to save to a different storage device.

    profile is corrupted no matter what i do

    Admittedly odd and I'm not sure what to say.

    Did you try moving the profile from the flashdrive to one of the harddrives?

    If it keeps corrupting, you're likely going to want to keep a copy backed up, just in case it corrupts the version on the cloud.

    Hi there. If it isn't already, try using a wired connection instead of wireless. Next, run a network test, so that you can see if there are any issues with your connection. To do this, go to Settings, Network, Network Settings, Test network. If any issues
    pop up, use this page to help troubleshoot:
    support.xbox.com/.../network-connection-error-solution


    If there are no error messages, since you've already tried a different console, try syncing at a friend's house if possible, preferably with a different ISP. If that still doesn't work, I would contact Support again (support.xbox.com/contact-us)
    because it sounds like the issue is on their end, not yours.

    How do I remove cloud saved games?

    You'll need to disable cloud storage. Make sure you've moved any saves out of the cloud storage and onto your hard drive if you haven't already. Then follow these steps to disable cloud storage:

    1.From the Xbox 360 Dashboard, go to Settings, and then select System.

    2.Select Storage.

    3.Highlight Cloud Saved Games, and then press Y.

    4.Select Disable Cloud Saved Games.

    What happend??

    Enable cloud save( go to settings - system - storage - cloud save - enable)

    When you start gow 3, select cloud save instead of your HD storage, play a quick match and it'll automatically save to your cloud storage.

    Now switch back to your HD storage by simply changing the storage on the options.

    Repeat anytime you want to backup your data.
