Cloud storage setting

Discus and support Cloud storage setting in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am a gold member, but when I try to enable System settings/storage/cloud saved games, there is a failure: sorry, cloud storage isn't available... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by EditSoos, Oct 6, 2018.

    I am a gold member, but when I try to enable System settings/storage/cloud saved games, there is a failure: sorry, cloud storage isn't available everyone yet. Could you help anybody, what I can do to enable it?

    What happend??

    Enable cloud save( go to settings - system - storage - cloud save - enable)

    When you start gow 3, select cloud save instead of your HD storage, play a quick match and it'll automatically save to your cloud storage.

    Now switch back to your HD storage by simply changing the storage on the options.

    Repeat anytime you want to backup your data.

    Cloud Saved Games - Sorry, cloud storage isn't available. Status code: 83860009

    Solution

    Copy to USB or HDD, load game and play. This will create a newer save game on USB. Exit to settings > storage and move save game from USB to Cloud Storage. Launch game, you should see Syncing cloud storage and then select Cloud storage. Game works fine now.

    Would you help to clarify a few things. What region are you in? Also do you have Xbox Live? Here is Faq for

    troubleshooting cloud save     There is a specific section pertaining to what you getting:

    1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to settings, and then select
      System      .
    2. Select Storage, and then select your primary storage device (for example,
      Hard Drive).
    3. Select System Items.
    4. Select Cloud Storage Console Copy.
    5. Select Delete.

    I am in Hungary.

    Yes I have Xbox Live.

    I found these few steps earlier, but I haven't found Cloud Storage Console Copy between the system Items.

    Any other Idea?

    Xbox One will use the cloud as long as the console is connected to the internet. We have an article entitled

    XB360 not seeing hard drive - how do I check it for errors on my PC?

    Yes it is quite easy. Just set up the Cloud storage if you haven't already by going to Settings>System>Storage and then clicking on the Cloud option. From there you can simply move or copy your save games to the Cloud.

    Set up cloud storage for saved games

    To use cloud storage for your saved games, you need:

    xbox live gold

    A console connected to Xbox LIVE

    514 megabytes (MB) of storage space on your console (local cache)

    Step 1: Turn on Cloud Saved Games (for a console)

    From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings, and then select System.

    Select Storage, and then select Cloud Saved Games.

    Select Enable Cloud Saved Games.
