    Cloud storage not syncing


    Ok I just got my console back from being repaired and it still aint wotking properly, no suprise to me though it is microsoft after all. Now I have re-installed witcher 3 installation worked fine, I go to sync data and well it comes up with saying sorry
    unable to sync data from cloud try again later or play offline. I got to settings, system, manage storage and I couldnt find cloud storage in there. Have spoken to 2 different support chat thingy through xbox and they were no help, then one said have you re-installed
    all your games to your console. And I haven't cause thats over 11 games and I only have 200gb of internet usage a month. So what im trying to ask is there an actual easy way to have this problem fixed cause if I have to re-install all my games just to play
    one *** game is ***, I dont see why I have to re-install games that I wont play again its a waste of download space. Can someone helpfull please help.

    Steps I have taken so far to fix it

    • hard reset console

    •turned internet and console off for 10 minutes

    •deleted account from my xbox then put acc back on xbox

    •tested network and multiplayer connection and it all working fine

    •re-installed the game twice

    •turned this xbox into my home xbox through settings

    problems with xbox.

    If you have cloud storage activated then this is normal.It's the cloud storage syncing when you turn your console of.

    I have the same problem I am on my 4th xbox one since June last year and everytime I get it back it still has the same problem and on top of that I get sync data issue everytime because MS won't do anything about about the sunc data issue. The trouble shooting
    steps are useless and DO NOT work but customer support DON'T listen if my x1 goes back again I'll be getting a PS4 they can't be any worste then the lazy support for MS.

    This a easy fix STOP forcing us to use cloud storage it is not fit for purpose and should not be allowed to save your save files to it
