    Cloud Storage Not Available


    Currently trying to move 360 games onto cloud storage (I have a 12m Gold membership and plenty of space) so that I can play on Xbox One but I just got the message "Sorry, Cloud storage isn't available for everyone yet". I have tried
    looking for and deleting "Console Copy" but I don't have it. Is there something I need to do or does it really just need some time?

    Cloud storage not available (but I have enough space)

    I have a gold membership for Xbox live and I have an Xbox 360. I am trying to enable my cloud storage but it is saying "sorry, cloud storage isn't available to everyone yet. For more info, go to
    www.xbox.com/cloud storage". I do have over 3 GB available storage on my hard drive

    Hi,

    28th February cloud saves working fine with Diablo 3.

    1st March, Xbox live gold subscription expired. Launched Diablo 3, cloud saves not available.

    Renewed membership of Xbox gold for one month. Launched Diablo 3, selecting Cloud saves and message pops up stating "Sorry, cloud storage isn't available. Status code: 83860009"

    Troubleshooting

    • Moved save game from local Cloud Saves under settings > storage to a USB.
    • Launched Diablo 3
    • Choose USB, saves game works fine
    • Choose Cloud Saves, no error or message appears and asks to setup your screen and create a new character. No saves available but it does work.
    • Exited back to console settings and moved save game back to cloud storage
    • Launched Diablo 3
    • Choose Cloud Saves, message appears "Sorry, cloud storage isn't available. Status code: 83860009"
    Can't find info on this Status Code. Need help to resolve issue, thanks.

    It's called Cloud Storage. It's available with the new update. It's a neat feature and available for gold members. You should be able to find it system settings>storage

    how does xbox live work if i buy a new xbox 360 ?

    If you have Gold you can put your save games in your cloud storage and then they will be available on any console you move your account to (as long as the console has cloud storage enabled).

    Game saves will be available on a different console through cloud storage and it will automatically sync the data.

    Always prompted to select a storage device before playing game

    Whenever you have more than 1 storage device available it will always ask that question. There is no way to disable that other than removing one of the storage devices, in this case, disabling cloud storage.

    [/quote]No 'Roaming Profile' and 'Cloud Storage' are two different things. 'Cloud Storage' allows you to access saved games from the "Cloud". 'Roaming Profile' allows you to access your profile from multiple consoles without
    recovering it or using a USB device.

    @OP How you enable it is when you sign into a new console, it will give you the option to store the gamertag on that console.

    **Note** It will not allow you sign into more than one console at the same time.
