  1. Cloud storage management for captures on xbox 1 is broken

The last couple of days I have tried to load or delete captures from games that are on my live cloud storage.

The new captures say they have uploaded to live, but in fact have not. Similarly- I have tried to delete captures from the cloud storage service and the next day they showed back up as a placeholder blank image.

Power cycling the console fixed the issue temporarily but when I powered on my console(from full shutdown overnight) I am presented with the exact same issue again.

I checked all of my account restrictions, and my network type, as well as my storage on the hard drive and external drive connected to the console. Nothing seems amiss there.

The only possible thing I can think of from my end was that the day before the issue occured the first time I shared a photo image that was taken with my phone camera(massive files by default) and shared it via messages on the Xbox app. I am wondering if
this is caught in some kind of cloud storage limbo and taking up my cache space for managing the images from my console? I am uncertain how to remove that from the cache if that is the case, as it was not fixed by simply deleting the sent message... Where
might I find a place to manage my cloud storage cache to clear this? Because the image was shared from my mobile device it does not show up on my console for me to attempt management there... That's *if* this is the root issue.

I don't know if that is the issue or not- I am posting because I literally could find absolutely NO information about the issue on any forum anywhere.

    :)

I actually figured out a fix. My console apparently wasn't caching the captures right for uploads or properly registering deleted items. To fix I powered off the console, let the power brick cycle off(light turns amber) then unplugged the power brick from
the back of the console for a bit (15 to 20 mins should be adequate) This resets the console cache.

(I keep my console power supply on a power strip to turn everything off easier when I go away from home- so I switched it off before unplugging the power supply from the back of the console)

I would say probably shouldn't do this if you are in the middle of an update or paused installation of any kind.

For more detailed explanation or hints look up "clear xbox console cache"

That was how I figured that out.

I was glad it did the trick because I was getting annoyed at it.

Capture on Xbox one not working.

I would say it sounds like storage is becoming full, you may need to go in and clean up some of your old clips or transfer them to a cloud account. Here is a link to

    managing your storage
and also how to capture to a
    external storage

My score in the cloud store of Gears Of War 2 is broken

Hello, I've already tried that. I can only manage internal storage. However, my cloud storage of Gears 2 is broken.

How can I delete the online storage?

Uploading to OneDrive, but on the mobile app I can’t play the videos...

When I go to Upload Studio, and manage my clips, it pulls up a page that has my captures listed in rows, and on each row as I traverse down has the option "Upload to OneDrive" on the console, even when I'm not selecting multiple; so it should be there.
Where is it on the console that you're looking at and managing your captures? Can you try going to Upload Studio > Manage my Captures and see if the option is available there?

As for what you see on OneDrive, I just want to verify that you have enough cloud storage on OneDrive? At
the OneDrive site you should see how much free space total you have, and how much of that is available.

Lastly, one thing I would do, is go back through old captures you no longer want or need on your console and delete them. Clear them out of your console and Xbox Live storage. It is possible to fill up your Xbox Live cloud storage, which I've seen cause
some issues similar to this, I believe. I might be wrong, but I think total Xbox Live cloud storage (separate from OneDrive storage) is based on the number of titles you have on your account that you have launched. But please note that last part is conjecture
and was officially stated in documentation on Xbox.com that has been superseded by more recent information, but not detailing Xbox Live cloud storage space.
