Cloud storage management difficulty's

What happens if my cloud storage was inactive when i turned on my Xbox one Destiny game?

ahem, Being Blunt,

At one point with my Xbox one i switched off the cloud storage, Does it STAY that way

Whenever i log back in with the same console?

Everytime i turn on the system IS the cloud storage STILL inactive from the time i had turned it off?

Don't worry if you will fill up the hard drive intelligent xbox one app will start deleting stuff for you :>

I did that and when i reinstalled it, it synced with my profile in the cloud (i'm assuming) and reloaded my game data. I want my game data deleted because everyone and their brother wanted to play when i first got the new system. And, how would I choose
to save my stuff to a flash drive? Guess I cant do that either eh?

 

So basically, all my hard earned data from my Xbox console's 360 and/or ONE besides the account itself,

is pretty much gone-zo unless it was auto-uploaded to the cloud WHILE the cloud was ACTIVE, correct?

 

Okay, well, I was just searching for more ideas' and i came across a question board(I.G.N specifically),

it says that ANY data earned off-line for the Xbox one CAN end up in the CLOUD, WHEN i sign in to the account.

So, my question NOW is, as a re-iteration 2x,

What in fact, happens WHEN at one point or another i had MANUALLY switched off the cloud before turning off my xbox, Where AFTER i turn the console ON and begin to play destiny again,

does my data for the game, go? ahem,

Does, the cloud storage for my destiny game STAY De-activated from the last time i used the console, with the cloud OFF and/or WHEN i turn the console back on AND sign in, does the cloud storage automatically re-sync the Destiny data, for the cloud yes or
no?
