    Cloud storage issues Xbox One, Fallout 4


    Cloud has major issues. It constantly downloads corrupted old saved games and no matter how many times I delete the corrupt saves, it just adds them right back onto the existing new game. This then robs me of valuable saving space. I have spent time on this issue and cannot acess cloud storage on my xbox 1 to turn it off. What do i need to do?

    Hey there Dazora.

    Sorry to hear about the save trouble. It sounds like the issue you're running into is lack of save space within the cloud. Have you tried clearing up some space from games other than Fallout 4?? Also, while you may only have 2 main saves for Fallout 4, it's
    possible your quicksaves are taking up extra space. Generally your storage capacity for games increases the more games you own.

    Since you're on an Xbox One, as long as you are connected to the internet and the Xbox live servers, your saves get uploaded to the cloud. You may wish to try our

    Xbox One cloud game saves FAQ     or another support article about the
    storage in the cloud     that will better explain the cloud and offer you solutions for recovering your game saves for Fallout 4.

    No access to xbox cloud

    If you play connected to xbox live you game data will automatically be saved to the cloud. Important to note that the cloud is used only to save game data not the game itself.

    Example: if you are playing Fallout 4 on your console and save your game and go to another console with Fallout 4 installed you can sign in with your xbox live profile and play from where you left off on the previous console. But you cannot save Fallout
    4 the game to the cloud to play on both consoles without installing it onto there hard drives.
