    Cloud storage isn’t available to everyone yet


    hi trying to move games etc from Xbox 360 to Xbox one, have subscribed to gold membership one month £1 then £6 a month, however I cannot enable cloud storage on the 360, I keep getting cloud storage isn’t available to everyone yet

    Any help appreciated

    Cloud storage not available (but I have enough space)

    I have a gold membership for Xbox live and I have an Xbox 360. I am trying to enable my cloud storage but it is saying "sorry, cloud storage isn't available to everyone yet. For more info, go to
    www.xbox.com/cloud storage". I do have over 3 GB available storage on my hard drive

    I am a gold member, but when I try to enable System settings/storage/cloud saved games, there is a failure: sorry, cloud storage isn't available everyone yet. Could you help anybody, what I can do to enable it?

    Xbox 360 to Xbox One game transfer

    I am having the same issue except, i did purchase a gold membership. Now when i try to enable the cloud storage on my 360 i get this error mesage:

    ”Sorry, cloud storage isn’t available to everyone yet. For more info, go to www.xbox.com/cloudstorage.”

    on that webpage there is no information as to why i’m getting this message. Any ideas?

    Okay. If you're using an Xbox 360 console, you will need to have first an Xbox Live Gold so you can access cloud. If it's an Xbox One, all you need to have is an Internet connection. Once you have gold, you will need to enable the cloud storage by going
    to SETTINS > SYSTEM > STORAGE > CLOUD > ENABLE.
    I have purchased XBOX Live Gold for three months on the basis that I could store my profile in the cloud, but when I go to System > Storage > Cloud > Enable I get the message SpikySamdpiper3 gets.

    How do I enable my cloud storage? If it is not available in the UK how do I cancel my Live Gold Subscription and get my money back, as I was lied to about being able to use cloud storage?

    I believe that your console must have at least 514MB of storage free as the cloud service stores a local copy as well. You should check that you have some storage space left, if you don't hopefully removing unused items could fix this.

    Also, here is a quote from https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-360/games/cloud-save-troubleshoot -
