    Cloud Storage Help


    Hello,

    I have looked all over google and cant seem to find the information that i need or I am just over looking it. Im about to get a new Xbox one my old One just is not reading games and the Gears of War Xbox is just awesome so thats what I am getting.

    I have played my old Xbox one offline for 90% of the time I had it. I live in a complete dead zone for internet and satellite is point less for online gaming.

    So if I take my Xbox to where there is internet do I have to put in every game I own for it to sync to the cloud or will all my saves go to the cloud as soon as my xbox it logs into Xbox live?

    I have over 300 hours in Diablo and just countless saves I do not want to loose. Any answer will be of great help

    also I don't have anything in my cloud storage device this started happening before I even had cloud storage please somebody help me

    Hey there zAuToPsYz.

    If you connect to Xbox Live, your saves should upload to the cloud automatically. You shouldn't need to play each individual game.

    Hey there Ramos,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Cloud Saving.

    There is a game save stored in the cloud, but cloud save storage is not active on this console.



    To turn on cloud storage on this console: From the Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Cloud Saved Games > Enable Cloud Saved Games.

    Transferring my Demo Character?

    Hey LonelyGalaxy9! If you have Cloud Storage enabled, upon starting up the game choose Cloud Storage as your main storage device. Your character should be ready and waiting for you as soon as it loads up. Also, from Xbox Home you can go to System > Storage
    > Cloud Storage and choose to transfer your save game from the cloud to the HDD via copying or moving the content over. Hope this helps!
