Cloud service not detecting controller at all so so

So neither my razor mobile gaming controller or my PlayStation 5 controller is detected by the Xbox app. I've tried updating both the accessories app and the Xbox app and didn't help.

I did get the controllers to work when I downloaded a game to the PC and then played it but for whatever reason the cloud service isn't going to work

It's because dual sense doesnt support input it's not supported by sony

PCs have two types of ports, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0. To get the gamepad working, check device compatibility with the port. Otherwise, the device will be connected but won't respond. The issue often occurs when your controller does not support the XInput API.

That is only for xbox devices

Ps dual sense controller isn't supported by Sony for anything other then ps devices

However you need ds4win or steam for native drivers either wrapper driver for input or steams direct I lnput wrapper

Its not the 'Recon Hybrid Game Controller' , My controller is the Turtle Beach Recon Controller and whenever I plug it in it doesnt detect it on XBOX cloud gaming. My controller works on normal games but it doesnt detect on Xbox cloud gaming .

Thanks for that, Kev. Please try to disable it as input device and try to connect to cloud gaming. If it gives you the error, enable it back and refresh your cloud gaming.

If the same issue happened, it must be an issue with the cloud gaming service itself not able to detect your controller correctly.

Since Cloud gaming is still in preview, we can expect some issues or bugs to occur. I suggest you to provide a feedback about the issue so it will be investigated properly by the Xbox team.
