Cloud servers down

past 30 minutes i have been trying to launch some of my races, but says cloud servers down...anyone else?

Unlimited HD Space

As long as your Xbox One is always online, then sure, you'll always have access to the cloud and your game saves.

Unless your internet goes down.

Or the Xbox One servers go down.

Or the cloud servers...

Day 2 of not being able to play multiplayer, stuck on first race

I was able to play all day yesterday. Today not so much. I keep getting the cloud servers down.

Nonstop telling me the saving failed, fixed itself after about an hour, lost two levels, but whatever, I don't expect anything from GTA O is a... well experience.

Unfortunately the online servers have shut down so it won't be possible even with the cloud

I am not familiar with cloud services, can these cloud services encounter shut-down issues like a server can, if so, how does this affect our gameplay?
