Cloud Saved Games option - not showing

Should I expect a cloud saved games options under the storage tab ?

Games saved on cloud not showing up

Hi,

Recently the Xbox did a factory reset on it's own. I understand that it is related to a bug in the latest update.

The problem we're having is that we can't seem to find our cloud in the storage settings so that we can access our saved games. We lost everything basically and we can't figure out how to get anything back. We have an Xbox Live Gold membership.

Please help!

here for more info on cloud saves. Double check and make sure you're signing in with the same Gamertags that were on the console before and that the console is connected to the internet. Thanks!

If you don't have Cloud set up then you'll need to head to Settings>System>Storage and then scroll down to Cloud to activate it. If you do not see a setting there then you'll need to get an Xbox 360 hard drive for your console because the Cloud does need
to access the storage in order to activate.

I already have a hard drive fitted so still not sure

 

Which console do you have? Also, what size hard drive are you using and how much space do you have left?

 

360 slim

320 hard drive with loads left

Just removed and replaced HDD - got cloud option back ....but now the HDD is showing as unformatted !!(

Think I may have a HDD problem ?

 

Just replaced the HDD and now have the cloud option so that seems to have been the problem
