    so im having trouble playing online for my nba 2k20 on my xbox one and they told me i have a missing carrer file here is what they told me to do (Cloud saves cannot be manually downloaded on Xbox One. However as long as you're connected to XBOX Live they're automatically uploaded and downloaded from the Microsoft Cloud Exchange. If your save files have not returned then please visit https://support.xbox.com/help/games-apps/game-setup-and-play/cloud-game-saves-faq and verify that you are utilizing the cloud save system correctly.)

    but i cant get my game to work if someone could help that would be nice

    If a game was delisted but it was paid and owned, do they remove from my Home screen to force me to redownload it again?

    Just make sure it was a cloud save, if you didn't cloud save then the game has no save data. I think it automatically cloud saves, but it never hurts to check!

    You can't transfer save data directly from the cloud saves. Some BC games allow you to upload your xbox 360 game saves to cloud so you can use them in your xbox one as long as you play online.
