    Cloud Save HELP!


    I wanted to transfer a save from my 360 to my one so I could countinue my original solo campaign, so I went on to 360 And transferred it to my cloud. But it deleted the save I was working on with my friends that I'd almost beat the game on. Is there anyway
    to get my original xbox one save back. And any way to prevent that from happening again?

    Cloud Save HELP!

    To prevent it, make a copy of the save, rather than moving it completely. Don't think you can get it back now.

    Hey there Ramos,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Cloud Saving.

    There is a game save stored in the cloud, but cloud save storage is not active on this console.



    To turn on cloud storage on this console: From the Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Cloud Saved Games > Enable Cloud Saved Games.
