    So with the cloud having issues yesterday and last night I experienced the whole last save file could not be recovered. That is fine because it is fixed now however last night I was attempting to play assassin's creed syndicate and I imagine due to the problems
    that it started the whole game from the very beginning. Now I figured that when the issue got fixed my last saved file from sequence 5 would appear. However, this is not the case as I am looking at the new save file with 3%. If anyone has any solutions to
    this problem that would be greatly appreciated as I do not like the idea of having to replay all those missions I just finished over the last 2 days.

    Are our saves automatically backed-up in the cloud? In that case, maybe OP could recover his save files.

    Question about save files

    Game save files can not be transferred between separate profiles.
    As to the location of save files, there are 2 separate ones. If you go to the game you want, press start on it, select manage game it'll bring up the game files and on the far right will be the save data. The other save area is in the cloud if your connected to the internet.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately, if the game you were playing over-wrote the save you had there's nothing that can be done to retrieve it.

    Did you save the File on the 360 to the Cloud? In order for the Xbox one to read the save file it needs to be in the cloud save section.

    If you originally had the save file on your Xbox 360 and you transferred it over to your Xbox One via Save Cloud then you should still be able to go to your Xbox 360 and just take the save file off the Save Cloud and then put it back in to the Save Cloud
    so it appears on your Xbox One again, if you started to play the Backwards Comp. game with a new save file on the Xbox One then it should hopefully (not completely sure) but it should hopefully still have been copied over to your Xbox 360 Account on the Save
    Cloud and just take it off and put it back into the Save Cloud again. If its not there then I'm sorry, but there is then no possible way to recover your save file.

    The data on the cloud it not the save file I need the cloud saved the new save to it before I noticed it the only data left of the game save is on the console itself with no gamer picture on it meaning its no ones save file.

    I will try deleting my profile only without the saved games and hopefully when I sign in it connects me to the right save file.

    Yes enable cloud saving.

    From the xbox 360 go to system, storage, hard drive, games and apps, and then select the file you wish to utilize.

    Then select copy and then cloud saved games and it will begin cloud backup.

    Once you start the 360 title on Xbox one the cloud saved files should begin to download automatically.
