Cloud save data from One to 360 w/out Gold

So, I want to get some more use out of my 360, so I opted to download some games on there, most of which are BC on One. However, when I checked save data in the Cloud, it showed that I could only move or delete it, not copy it. So, if I move, say, my Banjo
Kazooie save data from the cloud to the 360(because Clanker's Cavern, nuff said), will the Xbox One save data remain untouched, or will I lose that upon transferring it to the 360? I tried asking support on Twitter and got no response, tried contacting via
live chat and it appears that the same 4 people were "in line" for hours now, and the subreddit doesn't seem to have any answers, either. And no, I don't have Gold Membership, as I cannot afford it at the moment.

Short answer no, nothing will be lost as stated on our Store your saved games in the cloud page as long as the cloud saves are turned on everything
has been good. Let us know if we can further assist with this or any other issues or concerns.

Just to clarify. Are you trying to move save data from Xbox One to Xbox 360?

I don't have Xbox Live Gold and my two saves between Xbox 360 and Xbox One are entirely different.

do you have a save from just before it crashed?

if you are playing on an Xbox One then you do have cloud saves, it is only the 360 that needs Gold for saving to the cloud so you could try deleting local save data then letting it sync from the cloud.

Thank you for keeping us updated on the issue. The
Xbox One is able to share Xbox Live Gold from one account to all accounts on the console. The Xbox 360 does not have the ability to share one account's Xbox Live Gold to all other accounts on the console. The Xbox One will store saved data in the cloud
as long as the console is connected to the internet. The Xbox One will also save backwards compatible data to the cloud. If you are moving from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, we recommend

uploading your saved data to the cloud from the Xbox 360. The link we provided will have the steps on how to complete that process. Be sure to let us know the results!

You can't transfer the 360 Game saves with a USB stick. You will have to put the Saves into the cloud with xbox live gold. If the game is backwards compatible then you can pull that data from the cloud on your xbox one.
