    Cloud loaded an old save. Is there any way to get the correct one?


    There is a bug with Hades not recording achievements and one of the ways to "fix" this is to delete the local saved data and allow the cloud backup to be saved in. I tried this but the cloud loaded a save from the 20th rather than today. I have played and saved the game repeatedly since then. Is there a way to get a more recent save from the cloud?

    Hi StevenToner, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

    Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​
