Cloud is garbage

I have spent hours speaking with support, I have jumped through every hoop they asked reset this, reset that, do this, do that, and at the end of the day the Cloud does NOT sync between 2 xbox ones in the same home, on the same network.. In fact, the whole
excuse "Well Sir, it may take a few hours to update to the cloud." is a LOT of hours, since the last cloud sync appears to be OCTOBER?!

So satisfy my curiosity. Microsoft is a Multi BILLION dollar company, that is incapable of resolving this issue I have had for MONTHS now, when support told me it should only take a few hours?!

I hate to break it to you guys, but someone needs to be FIRED from their JOB and you need to hire people with competence and a desire to do their JOB and not just be lazy...

*** off does not even gradually express my dissatisfaction with support and this product, would Microsoft like to reimburse me for the lost time due to cloud saves deleting countless hours of progress?

1,2,3,4 people, I would say easily over 200 hours total game time between them, say $15 p/hr since that's minimum wage for some people without education in this country today, and more than a college educated Veteran like myself makes. So would you please reimburse
me appx $3000 usd to compensate for lackluster support and inability to correctly identify and resolve issues on your end? For a product I own, and a service I PAY to use?!

I pay for a service, I am entitled that service, your company screws up that service, creating frustration, aggravation, and countless hours of lost time.. I would appreciate some compensation for my time, aggravation, and the absolute lack of support..

Lost my save on the cloud?

I had a bunch of my Skyrim game saves on the cloud. They immediately went corrupt. I never saved to the cloud again. My new save files are no longer corrupt.

This cloud save garbage, much like all the garbage Microsoft keeps adding to the Xbox Live service (Youtube, Fios, UFC, ESPN) is just more stupidity they keep adding to the service which only makes things more laggy and unstable. I wish they would just
stop and keep things the way they used to be.

I have 2 xbox ones in the same house , on the same network , and I can assure you it works perfectly if you have the proper router setup...if you are using a router that dosent use UPNP in the proper way (lots do NOT , and if your router is supplied by your
internet provider , it most likely dosent) then the sync traffic will not be properly routed ...
