Cloud gaming won't work for me

I have the same problem - Microsoft don't know how to fix it.

If they are trying cloud games thar won't work as ita a subscriber perk only

The cloud is only used for saved games. If you're trying to save game content, it won't work.

Some games the save data will carry over via cloud saves for games but it won't necessarily work for all games
