Cloud gaming wont work even tho i have the xbox game pass ultimate subscription

And then verify account login matches subscription the Microsoft account you’re using for cloud gaming is the same one with Game Pass Ultimate.

you have to have an Xbox game pass ultimate subscription to access the cloud for anything other than Fortnite, Even if you own the game

If you have an Xbox Live Gold subscription/Game Pass Ultimate, your saved games and Xbox profiles should be backed up to the cloud by default. Even Xbox 360

Cloud gaming will only work for the account that owns Game Pass Ultimate. So you would either have to download the games or purchase an Ultimate subscription for each person.

If you are referring to cloud gaming, then the account should have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription to have this feature work. My co-moderator is correct that only the account who has active subscription can play the game in the cloud.
