Cloud gaming used to work, now doesn't (on PC)

I have played cloud gaming on this PC but for the last week or so it just fails to load any game.

I'm using the Edge browser, I click on any game, it shows the rocket, then the xbox logo, a black screen and then a message comes up saying "We'll be right back, sorry we are working to fix the issues, please try again later"

It's been a week since I've been able to get this to work.

Is the same as your Microsoft account?

If yes, could you tell me if is this happening on this device only?

We have already done the privacy settings and made sure of that. And we are definitely playing games that support us playing multiplayer, especially considering we have tried this with multiple games and the same outcome is happening.

I have not yet because I do not have cloud gaming on my mobile device at this time.

Oh, you can simply sign in to https://xbox.com/play then sign in under the account that has an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
