Cloud gaming option disappeared after leaving Insider Program

    Cloud gaming option disappeared after leaving Insider Program


    I left the Xbox Insider Program a few days ago and since then the cloud gaming option is gone from my gamepass games, how do i fix this?

    What worked for me was to leave the beta testing program from the Insiders hub and then reinstall the game. My girlfriend just needed to update it after leaving. Do check the Insiders Hub to see if you're participating in the beta testing, still.

    Go inside the Insider Hub app on your Xbox. Leave all programs including system updates, and beta tests. You should be fine after that.

    Just like to add that the Xbox Insiders FAQ may assist and that when using the Insider Hub there is an option
    under Manage that allows you to leave program.

    Keep in mind that leaving may require a factory reset, so make sure you have your account details and password.
