    Hello!

    I have subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate only just to have the Cloud Gaming feature working on my Windows PC. In the first few weeks I had acceptable experience with gaming this way, but since like a week the service has gone full unplayable for me. There's now contant screen tearing and pixelating in games, making it totally unenjoyable. Thant makes all the games and every time I try to connect to play with the Cloud Gaming servie trough the installed Windows XBOX app. I have also tried it with Edge browser, where's the picture of the stream is OK (no screen tearing), but instead I have unbearable amount of input lag with my controller (which I didn't have in the XBOX app), making games also totally unplayable. So I have here the situation, that I have paid for this another mount of Game Pass Ultimate subscription for totally nothing usable for me.

    I have tried everything that the Cloud Gaming trouble shooter site has suggested, but couldn't get this fixed. I guess the problem is not on my computer's side, rather the Cloud Gaming service has some troubles that need to be sorted out.

    Please fix the service or suggest any solution, that can help to fix this!

    I don't have such a device. Only my Windows 10 PC (not laptop). And as I have wrote the Cloud Gaming was playable for me previously through the XBOX app, with insignificant graphic glitches sometime, like this screen tearing, but overall much more satisfying and playable for a good 2 weeks (during my first subscription period). It only started to be unplayable like a week ago, but it is costant and heavily perceptible now.

    I did read it. In order to isolate the issue, I'll need you to try playing on a device other than your laptop let's see if the issue is the same on there. The device that first came to my mind was your phone. Now kindly try using your phone or a different PC if you have one and let's see if the graphics issue is the same on there

    Hello, sorry, but I have to say that it seems like you rather didn't read my complain at whole, or you jus didn't quite understand.

    So again:

    1. I'm tying to play from a WINDOWS PC, not from a phone!

    2. I already wrote that I have also tried from web browser (both from Edge and Chrome), and have significant input lags in this case.

    Any other suggestions?
