Cloud Gaming on Console stopped working for me after coming out of Omega release

I checked and there is no update. I last updated it to the most recent version on November 21, and the release notes are for the launch of Cloud Gaming on Console.

Edit: I switched from my wired connection to my phone’s hotspot and it worked! I’ll have to see what settings in my router may be affecting it. Thanks for the help.

Kindly check if there is an update available for your console by following the steps below:

1. Make sure that your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system> Settings > System > Updates.

Also, please try a different network connection and test it out.

After a reset I am still getting this message when initiating a cloud session:

“Cloud Gaming isn’t available in your area

Your console is in a region that currently doesn’t support Cloud Gaming.”

Hi Mandonov, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

In this case, kindly perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I also really liked apex when it came out, I’m a little gutted that I stopped playing it but a game coming out of the blue like that with such a big player base so quickly after release gives me hope for other unexpected games to come along
