Cloud Gaming not working through the xbox app on PC

Thank you for your response here are the attempts of myself performing your suggestions.

1. The controller is fully updated through the Xbox Accessories app, I do not know what you mean by repairing the controller to the PC.

2. The controller works through both wired and wireless and I can navigate through the menu perfectly fine but when I open a game on the Cloud gaming app it does not work, It does work on installed games, however.

3. I noticed that the controller did not work within the cloud gaming app is the first time trying to open any games within the cloud gaming app. I attempted to play through the browser Xbox website cloud gaming app and this worked perfectly fine.

4. It has never worked on the Xbox app Cloud gaming but it works perfectly on the browser Xbox cloud gaming website.

Hopefully, a fix can be found for this.

I have already tried resetting it a couple of times. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled it, and repaired it. I just reset it again but no luck.

However, when I logged in on my girlfriend's laptop, it worked perfectly with no issues. Maybe it's something about the generations of windows? I was on the most up-to-date windows 10 when the issues started so I upgraded to 11 as an attempt to fix it but that's done no good

Let's create a new profile on your PC and see if the issue is the same on there.

- Select Start > Settings > Accounts and then select Family & other users. (In some editions of Windows you'll see Other users.)

- Select Add someone else to this PC.

- Select I don't have this person's sign-in information, and on the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account.

- Enter a user name, password, password hint or choose security questions, and then select Next. Create another account Change a local user account to an administrator account

* Select Start >Settings > Accounts , and then, under Family & other users, select the account owner name, then select Change account type.

* Under Account type, select Administrator, and then select OK.

* Sign in with the new administrator account.
