Cloud Gaming not working sometimes..

When this happens please restart not only the console but the network hardware following this steps:

Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

Restart your Xbox console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button  on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

My suggestion to you would be that whatever makes cloud gaming work properly is sometime between 10.14 that you’re on and 13 that is the current version

sometimes the drive just gives out it happens. If the drive does not work at all I would recommend getting another external drive or a hub . The games are on the cloud so in that insance it should be fine. When you look at the storage does it show the
games etc at all. Sometimes the light just burns out and it still works however this might not be the case.

Hello George, usually communication problems in group chat or in game can be related to the quality of your NAT, it has to be open preferably.

If you play on console, do the NAT test below.

NAT Test

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Click Profile and system > Settings > General > Network Settings.

Under Current network status, the NAT Type field displays the current NAT type.

Your NAT type is determined by the settings or features of the router on the network you are using to connect to the Internet. Your NAT type, combined with the NAT type of other online players, determines whether you can successfully communicate with them in party chat or use multiplayer gaming."

Adding to what Hassassinade said,

If it is not corrupted chang the location of your Game save to a usb or cloud save and try again.

In older xboxes including mine, sometimes i too will get that and once i move it it works.
