Cloud Gaming Not Working on PC App

Hi Everyone,

When I try to play cloud gaming on the Xbox App on my PC the screen flashes and then just returns to the previous screen.

I am currently signed into the store as the account which has XGPU and as my account on the App, I can download and play games with no problems, just cloud gaming will not work..

Any advice?

This is due to network restriction, when internet devices are unconfigured.

So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help

This error is network-only, my friend. Xcloud only uses your Internet to work.

Let's do a quick test, download the xbox console companion app, go to settings, network and Nat test.

Unfortunately this did not work

I am a sysadmin so I know what to change etc.

Any other suggestions?
