Cloud gaming not launching

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Let's try another method.

Please, install the Xbox PC app and launch the cloud games from there:

https://www.xbox.com/apps/xbox-app-for-pc

Select the Cloud Gaming tab and launch a game.

I believe the game does save both locally and to the cloud, which is why the mentioned workaround works, but the synchronisaion to the cloud saves is what is causing the game to fail to launch. This is why the process needs to be repeated befoe launch every time, as the game auto-synchs to the cloud saves as soon as you connect to the internet

Once you launch the game kindly load the cloud game in that way your cloud data will sync before you try the steps again.

I would like to clarify, are you trying to launch the game through cloud gaming?
