Cloud Gaming login to games?

Hi,

So when I try and launch a game like for honor or steep on xbox cloud gaming for PC, it tells me due to it being an online game I need to login via ubisoft connect. When I click A to go to the login page, nothing happens... Just a blank overlay comes over and then nothing. If I click off of the overlay the game just starts eternally loading... Any fix for this?

I am going to assume you are talking about game saves. If so, you can upload all your gamesaves to the cloud

https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/cloud-game-saves-faq then login to your new console. Once it is in the cloud, it is accessible on both your xbox one and 360.

You should be good as long as you login on same account and dont delete cloud save game data

are you talking about your oculus quest? If that's the case then you just download the Xbox cloud gaming app from the App Store on the headset and login

Please keep in mind that cloud gaming is only available to the primary account that is paying the subscription

If you are using a specific browser, try using a different browser to see if that fixes the problem. Some browsers may have conflicts or compatibility issues with certain applications or services.

Check your Internet connection. Make sure you have a stable and reliable Internet connection. Connectivity issues may interfere with the login process. Try restarting your router or modem and make sure other devices can connect to the Internet without problems.

Some browser extensions or add-ons may interfere with the functionality of Xbox cloud gaming. Try temporarily disabling installed extensions in your browser and then try signing in again.
