Cloud Gaming keeps Disconnecting from Session on Xbox One

Hello. So I am having an issue with cloud gaming. I was playing Starfield on my xbox one via cloud play and it randomly disconnected me from the game. I tried to launch the game and it keeps disconnecting while in the process of launching the game. Further more now I can not load or play any of the other games I've been playing through the cloud. I have tried restarting the xbox many time but it has not worked at all. I have checked and confirmed that my Game Pass Ultimate is active and up to date. Any suggestions on what I should do to fix this issue. Thank you...

Hey! There is currently an outage affecting the Xbox Store and Xbox Cloud Gaming. You may have trouble starting cloud games and accessing the store. This is currently being investigated.

I'm having the exact same issue.

iOS Xbox app works fine with remote play.

Brand new Windows 10 PC causes the error.
