Cloud gaming, install only

Cloud gaming is only offering the option to install each game on my Xbox one. I have not had this issue before when accessing the cloud gaming and my subscription for the gp ultimate is still current. How can I resolve this so I do not have to install every game I wish to play?

I understand that you need help, but please answer my previous questions:

Where are you physically located?

Your Xbox console region is the same as your physical location?

Are you using a VPN software or similar at router level or in your console?

(Please be honest, this is very important because cloud gaming is not available in all the countries)

I have not moved location, I was playing a few games in the “cloud gaming” just last last week..

Did you install the game or playing cloud?

If cloud then only controller works

Mouse.and keyboard only works on installed games

Are you trying to access cloud games or installed games

Home.console.well only allow.access fo download or installed games

Cloud games are a subscriber only option

As you are signing onto a server to access the cloud gamenot.your local installed games
